What access meansGameWeek HQ records status and awards. It does not collect, hold or pay prize money.
Players claim their public FPL Team ID when they want GHQ access, Rival Watch and approved league features. No Premier League/FPL passwords, cookies or 2FA.
Start with setup, members, approval, prizes and group updates before advanced tools.

What the beta covers
Software onlyUse the official FPL league table as the member spine. Avoid hand-created members unless a real data gap needs fixing.
Track entry status, prize rules, awards and external payout records under the host's rules.
The league table can exist before players join. Players claim Team ID setup when they want approved access and extra league tools.
Host collects and pays prize money separately.
League Setup
Save the league source, private access gate, external payment notes and award presets. League onboarding starts from the official FPL table whether managers have GHQ accounts or not.

Need help finding an FPL ID? Verified browser instructions for Team ID and League ID Show guide
- Open the official FPL website in a browser.
- Sign in there, then open Points or click your team from any league table.
- Look at the address bar for
/entry/123456/event/.... - Copy only the number after
/entry/. That is the Team ID.
/entry/8469264/event/38 means Team ID 8469264.
- Open the official FPL website in a browser.
- Go to Leagues & Cups and open the league you run.
- Use a browser, not the FPL app, so the address bar is visible.
- Look for
/leagues/123456/standings/c. - Copy only the number after
/leagues/. That is the official FPL League ID.
/entry/{teamId}/ for teams and /leagues/{leagueId}/standings/c for classic league tables. Use the website address bar; do not rely on the mobile app if it hides the URL.
Inbox & Invites
League invites, approval updates and host messages land here. Team ID routes the invite; approval still protects private access.

Payment Tracker
Members & Payments
The host queue for paid, unpaid, submitted and approved members. Load the real league table, search or filter the records, then edit one member at a time.
Member source rule
League integrity firstUse the official FPL league as the membership spine. Managers can be tracked before they create GHQ accounts.
Players use the host's GHQ invite to claim their current Team ID, unlock approved features and reveal the private code only after host approval.
Use only for payment notes, host labels, phone numbers or missing admin data.
Duplicate Team IDs are rejected. Host labels and phone notes help identify real people without creating fake members.

Bring an existing private FPL league into GameWeek HQ. The official table gives the host the operating data first; player accounts add the advantage layer afterwards.

How to find the official FPL League ID
Browser route onlyOn the official Fantasy Premier League website in a browser, open the league you want GameWeek HQ to manage.
The browser address contains /leagues/123456/. Copy 123456 only. Do not copy the private join code.
The official FPL League ID identifies the public league table. The private join code or invite link is a different host-controlled access secret.
If preview returns no league, you may have copied a Team ID, invite code, cup route or a mobile-app screen that does not expose the browser URL.
How member records work Payments, labels, phones, access and exports Show details
Admin fields live in Members
Payments, labels, phones and notesGHQ creates the league spine from the official FPL table, not from a host spreadsheet.
Hosts mark paid, submitted, waived, phone, label and notes directly on member records.
Payment notes never reveal the private code by themselves. Host approval controls the unlock.
Use CSV for reports, backups, accountant/admin records or copying into another tool.
Preview checks
No table loadedLoad the official table above. GameWeek HQ will show new rows, updates and problems before anything changes in member records.
Enter the official FPL League ID and preview members.
Apply rows only after the preview looks right.

Prize Board
Host-set awards. The latest recorded table can help shortlist candidates; the host confirms winners.

How the award board works
Host rules firstTop places, weekly winner, Manager of the Month, cup prize, bonus award or any host-defined rule.
GameWeek HQ can surface candidates from the latest recorded table. The host checks that they match the published rule.
The host checks their own rules and records the official winner.
GameWeek HQ records the award and whether the host marked it paid externally.
